JAMMU: A small batch of 393 Shri Amarnath pilgrims today left from Yatri Niwas base camp here for the holy cave shrine in South Kashmir.
The pilgrims this early morning left in a cavalcade of 17 vehicles, including six light motor vehicles and 11 buses.
The yatris, comprising of 294 male, 52 females and 47 sadhus, who chanted ‘bam bam bhole’, left for Pahalgam and Baltal.
“The Yatra is smoothly heading on the highway,” a police official here said.    (UNI)
