Srinagar:  A complete shutdown is being observed in Baramulla, Sopore and Hajin areas of North Kashmir to mourn the killings of three militants in A gunfight with government forces in Amargarh area of Sopore yesterday.

Witnesses said that all shops and other business establishments remained closed while traffic was off the roads in Baramulla, Sopore and Hajin areas.

Three Lashkar militants – Javid Ahmad Dar of Khanpora Baramulla, Aabid Hamid Mir of Hajin Bandipora and Danish Showkat Dar of Batpora Sopore were killed in a gunfight with forces yesterday.
