SRINAGAR:  Miscreants made an unsuccessful attempt to loot Automated Teller Machine (ATM) on the outskirts of summer capital, Srinagar during the intervening night of August 10 and 11, official sources said here today.
They said some unidentified miscreants tried to break the ATM of Jammu and Kashmir Bank (JKB) at Samarbugh on the city outskirts. However, after failing to break the ATM, the miscreants left without looting the cash.
Police has registered a case and initiated proceedings, they said.  (UNI)
