SRINAGAR: Expressing confidence that the Supreme Court (SC) will reject the plea challenging the validity of Article 35-A, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today asserted that all the political parties in the Valley were united on safeguarding the special status guaranteed under Indian Constitution to Jammu and Kashmir.
Without naming any political party, the Chief Minister criticised the ‘elements in India’ who have approached the SC, challenging Article 35-A, which gave special privileges to the residents of Jammu and Kashmir. (UNI)
