Srinagar: A deputation of KPS officers led by Director General Police Dr S P Vaid and IGP CID A G Mir called on Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti at civil secretariat and thanked her for taking keen interest in the restructuring of KPS cadre officers.
According to KNS, the government in a recent decision ordered restructuring of KPS cadre according to which KPS cadre officers will get the grades which KAS officers are getting right now.
Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti thanked the delegation for the role KPS cadre officers are playing in overall functioning of the department and said that a long pending demand of the KPS cadre officers has been met on priority.
