SRINAGAR: Normal life remained crippled for the second successive day today in south Kashmir district of Pulwama, where a district commander of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) was killed in a brief encounter with security forces on Wednesday.

Shops and business establishments remained closed and traffic was off the road in Pulwama even though there was no strike call given by any separatist organisation.   (UNI)
