Srinagar, Aug 28 : Â A drug peddler was arrested alongwith charas packets besides cash in down town Srinagar, official source said here today.
They said on a tip off police arrested a drug peddler Bilal Ahmad Shah, resident of Sheikh Mohalla, at Kathi-Darwaza, Rainawari in the down town city. During his search 48 charas packets and cash of Rs 52, 000 were recovered from his possession.
Charas was being sold to youths and other residents in the down town city, sources said adding a case has been registered and investigation taken up. More arrested would be made soon, they said. Â (UNI)
