Srinagar, Aug 28 :  Life remained crippled in parts of south Kashmir district of Pulwama, where three foreign militants of Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) and eight security force personnel were killed in 18-hour-long encounter which ensued after a fidayeen attack on District Police Line (DPL) on August 26.

Official sources said that there were no restrictions in any parts of Pulwama district though security forces remained deployed in strength to maintain law and order.  (UNI)
