Srinagar: The National Investigation Agency has summoned High Court Bar Association President Advocate Mian Abdul Qayoom to its headquarters at Delhi on Wednesday to “answer some questions” related to alleged “terror funding” in Jammu and Kashmir.
The NIA issued summon to Mian Qayoom, on Monday for appearance at its Delhi headquarters on 06/09/2017 (Wednesday) for questioning. The summon was delivered to his house by the agency.
However, a close relative of Qayoom told news agency GNS that no summon was received by the family so far.
According to the summon, a copy of which lies with GNS, Qayoom will be posed “certain questions” relating to case RC 10/2017/ NIA/DLI, 120B, 121, 121A of IPC and 134, 16, 17,18,20, 38, and 40 of UA(P) Act. (GNS)
