Hyderabad, Sep 8: A whopping 4 point 5 kgs gold being transported illegally was seized from Rajdhani Express at Secunderabad Railway station, here today.
On information that yellow metal was being transported in the train, the government Railway police conducted checks on the train and nabbed a person who was transporting the gold from Amritsar to Bengaluru.
The person said to be a businessman from Amritsar was transporting the gold without proper papers.
Two people were taken into custody in connection with the gold seizure. (UNI)
