Srinagar: Peoples Conference delegation Sunday urged upon the visiting Home Minister that the Govenrment of India should translate into action the speech of Prime Minister Narendra Modi which he made in his Independence Day speech.
“We urged upon the home minister that the speech of PM Modi about embracing people of Kashmiris was encouraging and its needs to be followed up and translated into action,” PC delegation told the HM.
MLA Kupwara according to KNS urged upon the minister that Kupwara district, which was ignored in railway line, should be connected with rail line and the issue must be taken up with the railway minister.
The delegation also demanded that the issues and reservation of STs should be addressed.
