New Delhi, Sep 11 : The Supreme Court today issued notice to the Union of India, Human Resource Development Ministry, the Haryana government and the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on hearing a petition filed by the father of the Ryan International school boy, who was allegedly killed by school bus conductor.
A bench, headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra, issued notice to the respective parties.
The Supreme Court asked them to file their replies within three weeks.
Sushil Tekriwal, lawyer appearing for the victim’s father, sought a CBI inquiry into the case.
He also sought that some tribunal or some authority to hear such of cases. (UNI)
