Chandigarh, Sept 11 : The Union Government has constituted standing committee on Anti-profiteering under GST.
The members of the standing committee are Ashima Brar, Excise and Taxation Commissioner Haryana, H Rajesh Prasad, Commissioner (Sales Tax) NCT of Delhi, Himanshu Gupta, Principal Commissioner, GST, Delhi North CBEC and O.P. Dadhich, Principal Commissioner, Customs (Preventive), Delhi.
A office memorandum to this effect has been issued by the Union Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue. (UNI)
