Ganderbal Sep 23:- Hon’ble MLA Ganderbal, Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar convened a meeting of district officers to review pace of developmental works in Ganderbal constituency, here today.
During the meeting, district officers gave a detailed presentation regarding achievements made so far under CDF and other Schemes. Progress of PWD, PDD, PMGSY, PHE, Health, Sports, Education and Rural Development Department was also reviewed in the meeting.
The Hon’ble MLA asked all the concerned district officers to work with dedication and commitment to address the problems of the people. He directed the officers to ensure that the funds earmarked for different sectors are utilized properly. While reviewing progress of various departments, the MLA asked officers to ensure regular inspection and monitoring of ongoing developmental works and stressed for gearing up their men and machinery for time bound completion of these works.
Among others, ADDC Ganderbal, ACD Ganderbal, officers from PHE, PDD, PWD, PMGSY, and MC Ganderbal, youth Service and Sports, Education, Floriculture, and other district officers attended the meeting.
