Srinagar: ย Two persons were killed and ten others were injured in separate road accidents in the Kashmir valley, a police spokesman said here this afternoon.

He said two motorcycles collided at Galibabad, Shateang in the city outskirts resulting in on the spot death of a motorcyclist Bilal Ahad Jogi and injuries to another motorcyclist Saqib Ahmad Wani.

After completion of medico legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his relatives for last rites. The injured was shifted to JVC hospital for treatment.

A cab hit and critically wounded a minor boy Ayan Mudasir at Babagund in Pulwama. The injured was rushed hospital where he was declared brought dead.

Five persons were injured when a Sumo (cab) collided with a scooty at Bedipora, Lolab.

The injured were shifted to hospital.

Two motorcycles collided at Botengoo, Sopore, resulting in injuries to three persons. The injured were admitted to hospital.

A motorcyclist Abid Haroon and his pillion mate Tabish Fareed were injured when a vehicle hit them at Hyderpora. The injured were admitted to hospital.
