SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 26: The Government today designated the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) as Nodal Department for implementation of the Provisions of Section 23 (2), (3) and (4) of the Jammu and Kashmir Right to Information Act-2009.
According to an order issued by the Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department, Director Information J&K has been designated as Nodal Officer for implementation of the said provisions of the Act.
Further the DIPR will work in coordination with the State Information Commission in this regard.
