Ongole, Sep 28 : Two students were drowned in sea at Kottapatnam beach in Prakasam district today.
Police said a group 10 students went to the beach and ventured into the sea for a swim. Two of them were drowned. The deceased were identified as Md.Alfatullah (18), a second year intermediate student, belonged to Kotthapatnam village, and D Naga Pawan Kalyan (18), studying polytechnic, belonged to Mangalagiri town in Guntur district.
The bodies were fished out from the sea. A case was registered and bodies were shifted to the government hospital for post-mortem.(UNI)
