Phagwara, Sept 29 : Police on Friday registered a case under section 420/406IPC against a couple of village Samrai on the charges of duping the complainant of Rs 1.70 lakh on the pretext of sending him to Denmark.
The complainant Deepak Kumar in his complaint alleged that neither the accused couple — Kamaljit Singh and his wife Kamaljit Kaur — could send him abroad nor return his money. The police is investigating the matter.(UNI)
