Srinagar, Oct 4 : Two fresh incidents were reported on Wednesday in the summer capital despite authorities setting up helplines and announcing a number of measures to prevent braid chopping incidents, including doubling the reward money for information.
Massive protests have erupted at many places in this summer capital after news of fresh braid chopping reached these areas.
