Srinagar, Oct 19: As Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated Diwali with soldiers posted along the Line of Control (LOC) in Gurez sector in North Kashmir, former chief minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday said the biggest gift for the area will be physical and mobile connectivity.
“@PMOIndia Physical & mobile connectivity would be your biggest gifts to the area this Diwali jenab. #HappyDiwali @narendramodi Sahib,” Mr Abdullah, who is the working president of National Conference (NC), wrote on micro-blogging site Twitter.
“You will have noticed that you can’t tweet from there sir. That’s because there is no data & almost no mobile service.Please do help with it,” he added.
