Srinagar: Police have arrested a man under the draconian Public Safety Act (PSA), for allegedly tying a policeman to a chair in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district after the cop allegedly clicked a woman by his cell phone, reports said on Wednesday.

Mohammad Shafi Khan, a resident of Arhama village, has been shifted to Kotbalwal jail in Jammu after the dossier, reports said.

A video had surfaced on the social media last week in which a woman was seen tying a cop to a chair after alleging that he was taking her pictures in his mobile phone.
