Pattan town converted into garbage dump as MCP goes on strike

Baramulla: Strike of Municipal Committee Pattan  Have entered into third day due to which Huge Quantity of garbage including polythene is present on Streets, bus stand & Main Bazar of Pattan town which causing heavy inconvenience to the locals, passengers and shopkeepers,” the locals said.
  Employees Including khilafwarzi and sanitation Section They said due to Strike of Muncipal Committee Pattan there is Presence of huge garbage every where in the streets etc.Main Market of Pattan town have become hazardous.“We have to wear masks to avoid pungent smell emanating from the garbage dumps. The Pattan town has also become a safe haven for stray dogs.The traders said the presence of garbage dumps has drastically affected business in the area.
      Strike has been started by the said department after their some of the employee were manhandled by Some Violators who were constructed Some shops on State Land and the said Construction was demolished by Municipality
