New Delhi, Nov 8:ย  In view of the deteriorating air quality in the national capital, the Delhi Government on Wednesday ordered closure of all schools in the city till November 12.

“Due to deteriorating air condition in Delhi, health of children can not be compromised.
So, it has been directed that all the schools will remain closed till Sunday,” Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said in a tweet.

Mr Sisodia, who also holds the Education portfolio, said that as per the directions, all the schools — Government as well as private and all the colleges will remain closed.

The Delhi Government on Tuesday announced that the primary schools in the national capital would remain closed for a day following alarming rise in the air pollution.
