Srinagar, Nov 9 : Jammu and Kashmir Police has busted a fake license racket besides recovering forged identity cards of security forces, including Army, CRPF and state police, in the summer capital, Srinagar.
One accused was arrested, official sources said here on Thursday.
They said following specific information, a checkpoint was established at Nigeen on Srinagar outskirts.
A person, identified as Ghulam Jeelani, was arrested at the checkpoint, they added.
The sources said during questioning, the accused confessed that he was running a fake license racket from his shop near Civil Secretariat in Srinagar.
