Shimla, Nov 9: An average 13 point 72 voter turnout was recorded till 0100 hrs in polling to the 68 Assembly segments of Himachal Pradesh on Thursday, spokesman for the State Election Department said.
Braving cold conditions and fog, voters were seen making a beeline at polling booths.
Barring few polling booths in Sirmour district where some EVMs witnessed minor snags, polling began smoothly.
