New Delhi, Dec 5 : The Supreme Court today adjourned till February 8, 2018, various appeals filed in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute case.

A bench, led by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra and also comprising Justices S Abdul Nazeer and Ashok Bhushan, directed the AORs (Advocates on Record) of the parties to submit a joint memorandum on completion of translations, numbering and serving of the documents.

Messr Rajeev Dhavan and Kapil Sibal, appearing for appellants, requested to refer the case to a constitution bench.

Counsel for Sunni Waqf Board, Kapil Sibal, also requested a n adjournment till 2019 July.
