Srinagar, Dec 7 : Brother of a state police Constable, who was abducted by militants in north Kashmir district of Bandipora on Wednesday evening, was released hours after security forces launched a search operation.
Official sources said militants barged into the house of police constable Shakeel Ahmad Khan at Ajas in Bandipora.
They said as Shakeel was not home, militants abducted his brother Mudasir Ahmad Khan.
They said soon after the security forces received information about the abduction, the entire area was
sealed and search operation launched.
