Islamabad, Dec 13: Pakistan has told the International Court of Justice that Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav had entered the country with the intent of spying and carrying out sabotage activities, reports Geo News.

Pakistan has also said that Jadhav does not fall under the purview of the Vienna Convention.

Pakistan’s reply to ICJ was submitted by the Foreign Office’s Director India, Fariha Bugti.
