Srinagar, De 14: Srinagar Police arrested a drug peddler of Shopian and recovered Charas from his possession.
A police party of Police Station Ram Munshi Bagh led by Inspector Mohd Ishaq apprehended a drug peddler during patrolling of the area and recovered Charas from his possession. The drug peddler was identified as Bashir Ahmad Hajam son of Ghulam Ahmad Hajam resident of Melhoora, Shopian.
A case FIR number 122/2017 under section 08/20 NDPS ACT was registered and investigation was taken up.
