Baramulla, Dec 26: On the second leg of his current visit, special representative of Government of India Dineshwar Sharma reached  Baramulla to meet people, amid tight security cover.

Sharma, who arrived  in frontier district of Kupwara yesterday, on his third visit to Jammu and Kashmir  is scheduled to meet 24 delegations from Baramulla district.

Beopar  Mandal  Baramulla and Bar Association Baramulla , however,  have decided not to meet Sharma.

Newly appointed President Of  Baramulla Traders Federation  Mohammad Ashraf Ganaie said they will not meet  Sharma because “we don’t  have the mandate  to talk on kashmir issue.”

Meanwhile ,President Bar Association Baramulla  Abdul Salaam Rather too said that  Bar  will not meet  the Delhi’s special representative as it is a” futile” exercise. (Kashmir Wire)
