Says militants are our brothers, should not be killed
Jammu, Jan 10: PDP’s young MLA from wachi constituency- Aijaz Mir today strongly vouched for talks between India and Pakistan for the substantial resolution of Kashmir issue. He also said that “militants are our brothers and their killing should be avoided.”

While talking in Assembly, Aijaz said that those who die in Kashmir day in and out are Kashmiris and are brothers, so it is responsibility of everyone in this house to ensure that the youth of Kashmir, be that militant or protester should be saved from being killed.

He said, “Be that militant, or any one, they are Kashmiris, they are our brothers. I request you all to stop politicising their killing and take some appropriate steps to end this violence,” said Mir, adding that this house has to end the blame game over killings.

Urging state, central and Pakistan government for initiation of talks, Mir said this is the high time for talks, so that this imbroglio should be end.
