No cellular signal irks Aircel subscribers in Delina Baramulla

DELINA: The subscribers of telecom company Aircel in delina village of district Baramulla are facing difficulties due to no cellular signal for the past one week.

Aircel  users in the area said that they are facing issues like call drops, connection breaks, inconsistent speed, no availability of internet  service etc in prepaid connections however the postpaid connection have no signals showing emergency calls only.

They said that services are erratic. “We are facing poor network issues from the past one week now. Those who have postpaid connections have no signal at all while the prepaid users  receive poor internet speed, poor signal and call drop issues which is pathetic”, a group of subscribers told Kashmir Patriot.

They said that despite their repeated complaints to the Aircel customer care, they is no redressal. They said that despite hefty bills are being paid by the subscribers; the cellular companies hardly bother about the services. They request Telcome Regulatory Authority (TRA) of India to look into the poor network issues provided by different cellular companies throughout the Jammu & Kashmir state.

Meanwhile subscribers of airtel from parts of Sopore also complained of poor internet and cellular signal.
