Mysuru, Jan 19 : About 10 human skulls were found near Chikkamma School at Vijayanagar 2nd Stage here on Friday morning.
Police said that the skulls were found in a gunny bag which was thrown on the road side.
Panicked residents informed the Police.
It was suspected that the skulls may have been recovered during some excavation work in the area.
Police Inspector Anil visited the spot and recovered the skulls and investigation is on.
