The tourists lead by 93 runs with 6 wickets remaining in their second innings.
During the break Kohli 27 was at the crease while Murali Vijay was bowled off the last ball before the Lunch by Rabada at score of 25.
The hosts claimed two quick wickets in the morning session after the visitors continued with the overnight score of 40/1 after Lokesk Rahul throwed his wicket to Vernon Philander at 16.
