Srinagar, Feb 7 : Traffic on the national highway, connecting Kashmir valley with the rest of the country, was suspended again on Wednesday following fresh landslides, while Ladakh region remained cut off from valley due to closure of the Srinagar-Leh highway due accumulation of snow and slippery road conditions.

Meanwhile, the historic 86-km-long Mughal road, linking Shopian in south Kashmir with Rajouri and Poonch in Jammu region, also remained closed.

‘We have suspended traffic on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway following fresh landslides at Anokhi fall on Wednesday,’ a traffic police official told UNI.
