SRINAGAR, FEB 07 : Legislative Assembly witness uproar against the allotment of fair price shop on Wednesday.

Former Jammu Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah expressed concerns over the allotments and asked the CAPD Minister to cancel precious allotments. However, CAPD Minister Choudhay Zulfikar Ali in response said that the previous allotments cannot be cancelled.

“Previous allotments were also issued under a procedure,” the Minister said.

While protesting, the opposition members also shouted slogans ‘Banderbant band Karo’.  Muhammed Yousuf Tarigami also expressed resentment and said there should be a discussion on the allotments of fair price shops. (PTK)
