SRINAGAR, FEB 11 : A fresh Western Disturbance is affecting J&K and adjoining area and most likely to affect the state from 11th (Night) to 13th (Forenoon), a statement issued by Meteorological Department here read.
According to the statement issued to PTK, Moderate to heavy rain/snow is expected at widespread places of Jammu, Kashmir & Moderate snowfall in Ladakh, mainly Kargil district.
“Higher reaches of Kashmir & Jammu most likely to receive moderate to heavy rain/snow. This may lead disruption of surface transportation mainly (National Highway),” the statement added. (PTK)
