Ludhiana, Feb 17 : Four people, who were in an inebriated condition, have died after coming into contact with a high tension transmission wire in Ishwar Colony of Focal Point area, here.
Police said the four persons, who were drinking last night on a terrace, started an argument over a trivial issue.During the scuffle, they came into contact with a high tension transmission wire and died on the spot.
The deceased were identified as Sarabjit, Ranjit, Amarjeet and Mukesh. An accidental death case has been filed and investigation taken up, police added.
