Srinagar March 1 : Jammu Kashmir Right to Information Movement ( RTI Movement) has condemned Banning of Jamat e Islami by Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) calling it an attack on Right to promote, profess and propagate religion as Guaranteed under  Constitution of India.
Jamat is no way involved in militant activities nor does it promote violent ways to propagate its activities . It is a politico religious organisation that is doing commendable work in the field of education and social upliftment plus religious teachings . How can VHP , Bajarang Dal carry on its activities in Jammu Kashmir while as JeI will be banned ? said Dr Raja Muzaffar Bhat  Chairman of RTI Movement
