In a new political twist for Baramulla  LS seat, a close door meeting was held at Baramulla by more than 100 activists of North Kashmir to discuss the upcoming parliament election in the area.

In a meeting it was decided either the activists will contest the election independently or will support any of the existing parties in the upcoming election.

There was a great participation of activists from all the regions of North Kashmir.

The meeting was attended by two sitting DDCs members Adv. Irfan Hafiz Lone ( Sangrama) and  Choudhary Mustafa Rahi ( Kalaroos) and prominent Influential activists including Mr. Aadil Nazir Khan  ( Gulmarg), Dr. Irshad Hijazi ( Kupwara), Er. Mudasir Lolabi (Lolab), Siraj-u-ddin Salam (Baramulla), Mushtaq Ahmad Ganie ( Trehgam Kupwara), Parvaiz Rasool (Dardipora Kupwara), Adv. Naveed Bukhtiyar (Uri), Javid Abbas Rizvi (Magam Budgam), Nawab Nazir (Baramulla),  Shahzad Pathan (Kupwara), Fayaz Ahmad Wani (Kralpora Kupwara),  were also present in the meeting. It was proposed either Adv Irfan Hafeez Lone Or Aadil Nazir will contest or a vibrant support will be given to any other candidate from existing parties.

The final decision will be announced soon and it was unanimously decided that only Aadil Nazir Khan can speak to media regarding the same , an unknown source added.
