 In a significant move towards reinforce administrative reforms accountability and transparency, the Administrative Reforms, Inspections, and Trainings Department of Jammu and Kashmir is conducting  comprehensive inspection across various departments. Today team Led by Dr. Abdul Kabir Dar, Secretary Technical Administration Reforms, Inspections, and Trainings, the team of senior officers included Under Secretaries Mohammed Arshad Jan , Mr Hafizullah’s Mr Shamsher.

The team reviewed various departments, wards, and OPDs, interacting with Principal Dr. Rubey Rishi, faculty members, HODs, doctors, patients, and other stakeholders. This inspection is aimed to gather insights into current operational challenges and the effectiveness of the model proforma devised by the department.

“Our primary objective is to ensure effective implementation of administrative reforms on various aspects and regulations. By identifying areas for improvement and working collaboratively, and having firsthand knowledge we can enhance efficiency , better time management, and public service delivery,” stated Dr. Kabir. “Such inspections foster accountability and transparency, helping institutions to provide targeted solutions, and in spot guidance by the visiting team members,he added.

Dr. Rubey Rishi Principal GMC, briefed the visiting team and  appreciated the team’s efforts, highlighting the positive impact on the institution’s functioning and service delivery.

The Administrative Reforms and Inspections Department remains committed to assist all the departments ensuring accountability, enhancing transparency, and delivering efficient conduct of official business,administration and public services, and reinforcing the government’s commitment to good governance.
