An army soldier was injured today when militants attacked army Base in Sunjwan area of Jammu district.
Officials told GNS, the militants around 10:15 am attacked the Base Camp, the fire was retaliated by the army, triggering of an exchange of fire.
During the exchange of fire one army soldier sustained bullet wounds, he was immediately shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.
More reinforcement has been rushed towards the Base as search operation continues to hunt down the fleeing militants. More details will follow.(GNS)
